Assembly usually takes less than an hour and no soldering or special tools are required just snip, fold and glue ! The Fuller Buggy Company of Jackson, Michigan were extensive buggy and sleigh builders in the early 1900's. Cutter sleighs such as this two-passenger example were mostly made and decorated by hand. Other variations of this design included a second and third seat as well as a rear storage enclosure.
